CDL Driver/Concrete Laborer

Twin City Outdoor Services is seeking a reliable, hard-working concrete laborer who has a valid MN Class A or B CDL with air brake endorsement. This is not a drive-only position. This is a full-time position with internal opportunities for year-round employment in our snow removal division.

We provide concrete installation, surface restoration, catch-basins & curb installation to the premier corporations & property managers in the market.

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications

• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION and a valid MN Class A or B Commercial Drivers License
• Meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
• Ability to multitask and take direction
• Must be able to handle physical labor (wheelbarrows, shoveling, jobsite clean-up, moving materials by hand, involvement in pour, and general physical labor for construction)
• Basic understanding of hand tools used in the construction trade
• Previous experience with a concrete crew, landscaping and/or construction a plus
• Experience operating a skid loader is helpful but not required
