Twin City Outdoor Services is seeking a highly skilled an experienced Concrete Foreman. As a concrete foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of concrete construction projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the successful completion of projects, adherence to quality standards, and the safety of the construction site.

This is a full-time position with internal opportunities for year-round employment in our snow removal division.

We provide concrete installation, surface restoration, catch-basins & curb installation to the premier corporations & property managers in the market.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of concrete workers, ensuring optimal performance
  • Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and productivity
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of concrete
    construction
  • Maintain a positive and safety-focused work environment
  • Enforce safety regulations on the construction site
  • Take proactive measures to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards
  • Manage and allocate resources efficiently, including equipment, materials, and manpower
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely procurement of necessary materials
  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize waste
  • Maintain open and effective communication with management, sales representatives, and team
    members
  • Report progress, challenges, and achievements through TCOS’ internal application
  • Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process

Requirements

  • Pass DOT physical
  • Ability to effectively manage crew, jobsite and daily tasks
  • High level of experience prepping, forming, pouring and finishing exterior concrete flatwork and curb
  • Ability to perform the following: unrestricted lifting ability, repetitive motions (kneeling, bending and lifting), work 8+ hours
  • Willing to work in various locations around the Twin City Metro Area
  • Experience operating a skid loader
  • Class A CDL is a plus and highly encouraged but not required
  • MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
